In the immediate vicinity of a lake, an office building called Seeparkcampus West has been built with space for 330 workplaces and a large service area. Inside the wood-hybrid building, built by Handler Bau GmbH, the aim was to create a healthy working environment for the employees and as many visual references to the exterior as possible. Lindner GmbH participated in the project with dry construction work in the form of low-emission ceiling and floor systems, using Plafotherm heating and cooling ceilings and the cradle-to-cradle certified LMD metal ceiling system. The Austrian subsidiary of the Lindner Group supplied the Nortec raised flooring system, which is recommended for construction use for environmental reasons and is also C2C-certified, as well as the jointless Cavopex cavity flooring system, which is made of non-combustible calcium sulphate and offers good sound insulation.
